3. Physician Review & Lab Processing


Your order is reviewed by a licensed physician. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with detailed next steps.

4. Provide Shipping Details for Your Kit

You’ll be directed to a secure page to enter your basic information — including your email and shipping details — so your at-home lab kit can be sent directly to you.

5. Get Your Results + Plan

Once the lab receives your sample and testing is complete, you’ll receive an email with your physician-reviewed results. You’ll also have the option for personalized supplement recommendations and/or a consultation to further optimize your health.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need insurance?

No. We do not bill insurance. Everything is included in the flat price.

Where do I go for bloodwork?

You'll visit your nearest Labcorp location. We'll send your requisition by email after purchase.

How do home kits work?

We ship the kit to you. You collect the sample at home and return it using the prepaid mailer.

When will I receive my results?

Bloodwork: 7–10 business days. Home kits: 10–14 business days after lab receives your sample.

Is this a medical diagnosis or treatment?

No. VitaFix does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The services are designed to support wellness optimization and are for educational purposes only. Any abnormal findings should be reviewed with your personal physician.

Will I be able to speak with a doctor?
